PAYMENT TERMS Account Customers - strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice. Non-Account Customers - online pre-paid transaction, advance payment or cash with order. We accept the following cards: Visa / Mastercard / Switch / Maestro / Solo / Delta. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for administrative expenses incurred for other methods of payment. Represented or unpaid cheques will incur a £30 handling charge. Interest will be charged on overdue balances in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act, at the rate of 8% above the prevailing Bank of England base rate.
PRICES Unless otherwise stated, the prices given, published or quoted, are ex-works London NW10, exclusive of carriage and VAT. We reserve the right to vary prices at any time without prior notice.
OWNERSHIP Risk in goods passes on to the buyer upon delivery but the title in the goods remains with Continental Clothing Co. Ltd until all amounts due have been paid in full. |
SHORTAGES AND RETURNS POLICY Claims for shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery. Returns of faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be authorised by our sales office, who will issue an official returns note quoting the original order number. No returns will be accepted if the garments have been printed, embroidered or processed in any way. Continental Clothing Co. Ltd are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments correctly supplied. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling (re-stocking) fee. Bespoke garments made to order and supplied correctly are non-returnable.
LIABILITY Continental Clothing Co. Ltd will not accept any liability for loss of profit or consequential losses suffered as a result of erroneous delivery or otherwise. |
